Richarlison’s scissor kick for Brazil against Serbia has been named as the best goal of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The decision to confer the honor on the player was made following a vote by fans.
FIFA revealed that the strike has been voted by fans as the goal of the tournament – beating the likes of Brazilian team-mate Neymar and Kylian Mbappe to the award.
The forward helped himself to a brace in the 2-0 victory over Serbia in his country’s opening group game.

In the 72nd minute, Richarlison touched a centering pass up to himself before finishing with a gorgeous bicycle kick for the tally past goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic.
Currently, the striker scored three goals in Qatar and will now return to domestic action with Tottenham although injury will keep him from playing immediately.
